For data corrections — a wrong score, a missing result, an outdated standing — include the URL of the match or page in question and describe what you believe is incorrect. We take data quality seriously and verify all reported issues against primary sources before making changes.

For partnership inquiries — media collaborations, data licensing, or editorial partnerships — please give a brief description of your organisation and what you have in mind. We respond to every genuine inquiry, even if the answer is no.

For press and media inquiries — interviews, background quotes, or requests to reproduce data — please use the "Press / media" subject and include your publication or outlet name. We aim to be helpful to journalists and welcome editorial collaboration.

For site bug reports — a broken page, a layout issue on mobile, a script error — include the URL, your browser, and a brief description of what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help but are not required. Technical bugs are triaged within 24 hours.

What to Expect

All messages go to a human inbox — there is no chatbot or automated triage system. We read every submission. Responses typically arrive within 24–48 hours on weekdays; messages sent Friday evening may not receive a reply until Monday morning. If your question is about something covered in our FAQ, we may point you there rather than write a bespoke answer — it's not a brush-off, it's because the FAQ answer is usually more complete.

We do not maintain a mailing list and will never use your contact details to send unsolicited messages. Each conversation is self-contained: we use your email only to reply to the message you sent.
