These terms govern your use of next-match-up.com and any associated subdomains (collectively, "the site"). By accessing or using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Acceptance

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the operators of Next Match Up. "You" means any person who accesses or uses the site, whether as a casual visitor, registered contact, or any other capacity. "We", "us", or "our" refers to the team operating Next Match Up. By using the site you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Data Accuracy

We compile football statistics — head-to-head records, standings, form, top scorers, expected goals — from public reference sources and official competition data. We invest significant effort in keeping this data accurate and current: pages are regenerated several times daily and we act on reported corrections quickly.

That said, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any statistic presented on the site. Matches may be postponed, results may be revised by competition authorities, data feeds may lag, and edge cases (replayed matches, points deductions, withdrawn clubs) may not be reflected instantly. Statistics on this site are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only, not as authoritative records.

If you spot an error, please use the contact form and choose "Data correction". We take all credible reports seriously.

Not Betting Advice

Next Match Up does not provide betting tips, match predictions, win probability estimates, or recommendations of any kind regarding gambling. We surface historical statistics and contextual data. Any use of that data in a gambling or wagering context is entirely your own decision and at your own risk.

We strongly encourage responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, please seek help from a national support service. Nothing on this site should be treated as investment advice or a recommendation to place a bet.

Intellectual Property

The site design, code, typography, layout, colour scheme, and original editorial content (article text, explanations, descriptions) are © Next Match Up and may not be reproduced, adapted, or distributed without our written permission.

Statistical facts — match scores, dates, results, goal scorers, standings — are matters of public record and are not subject to copyright protection. We do not claim ownership of the underlying sports data.

Competition names (Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1) and club names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners. These names appear on Next Match Up under fair use for editorial and informational reference. We do not use team badges, crests, kits, or official league logos. We represent teams using three-letter codes (TLA) and colour blocks.

Acceptable Use

You may access and use the site for personal, non-commercial informational purposes. You may share links to individual pages. You may not:

  • Scrape or systematically download content from the site by automated means at a rate that places undue load on our servers.
  • Reproduce substantial portions of the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
  • Frame the site within another website in a way that misrepresents the origin of the content.
  • Attempt to circumvent any technical measures we use to protect the site.
  • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to block access to IP addresses or networks that violate these terms without notice.

Advertising

We run Google AdSense advertisements to keep the site free to use. Ads are served by Google and are clearly distinguishable from editorial content — they are labelled "Sponsored" or similar. We do not endorse advertised products or services. We do not take direct sponsorship from football clubs, betting operators, kit manufacturers, or media outlets in a way that could affect editorial neutrality. If you notice an ad that appears offensive, misleading, or otherwise inappropriate, you can report it directly to Google through the "Why this ad?" link that appears on AdSense units.
